ok so i have an 11 month old ,ive been on the pill marvelon for about 9 or 10 months.. in this time i have NEVER had spotting etc early before my af was due, this month however i have taken two pills 24 hours late ( i took them as soon as i realised id missed them) but whilst cleaning my kitchen yesterday came across one of my pills (which id oviously left on the side and forgotten to take) now however i am spotting a little im not due for af for another 5 days yet!!! i had sharp pains yesterday .............. sooo ladies what do you think.. could i be pregnant? could this just be breakthrough bleeding..?iv'e never experienced this bleeding on the pill before..? and do i carry on taking my pills as normal and still have the 7 day break im very confused. if i am indeed pregnant could these pills harm my baby.?

i would be so thankful fora ny answers given
