Anyone else suddenly hungry all the time?

I think I'm on the lower end of weight gain for 29 weeks plus (16-17 lbs), but I think it's because I hadn't been extra hungry. Then over the past couple of days, I've suddenly transformed into a hungry and eating machine! I'm really trying to stick to healthy stuff, but still! I figure the baby is having a growth spurt... Anyone else experiencing this?

my body is wierd during pregnancy, I was not hungry at all during the first trimester and when I did eat i got full very fast (and I ended up throwing most of it back up anyway) now that I am at the end of the 2nd trimester I get very hungry sometimes (i have discovered that I should not go anywhere near a grocery store while i am hungry I buy the wierdest thigns when I'm hungry)  but even when I am hungery I can't eat that much I will eat some and then be too full to eat anymore and i will just sit there and look at the food and know I still want to eat, but not be able to eat! it's a wierd feeling! on the other hand it has helped my not gain to much weight so far this pregnancy!

I'm like Maxine and PrettyKitty. I have days where I eat everything in site, but for the most part my appetite has calmed down. And heartburn keeps me from eating late at night.

I am the same as PrettyKitty. Some days I will be hungrier some days I will be just normal. But in my first tri - I was always hungry!!! Now in my 2nd trimester/3rd tri, I am starting to get heartburn again so that kind curbs my hunger indirectly. And I don always listen to my cravings either I would have alot to lose later on (already at 41lbs more!)

Some days I'll be hungrier than others but I definitely have the need to eat anything and everything under the sun sometimes. I don’t always listen to my cravings otherwise I’d be weighing 800 lbs right now.
