Went to Dr - U/S
Hey all..
So today I went to see my perionatologist due to my high blood pressure. I will be 18w tomorrow. The sonographer did all kinds of measurements of the baby. She measured his brain, heart, limbs, head, placenta and the location, ect.. She showed me his kidneys, heart, liver and stomach. That was cool. I noticed that the measurements she was doing actually measured almost a week ahead. It ranged from 18w4d to 18w6d. On one measurement, it measured 19w. I think that was his head. She said that he was growing perfectly.. Saw all 10 fingers and 10 toes. Although, in one shot, it looked like he had frog feet lol.. We even saw his 'parts'. Got a pic of that one lol .. Heartrate was approx. 160bpm.. That was hard to get as the baby wouldn't keep still.
Anyways.. I go back to my reg. OB on the 1st and my specialist April 12th for another u/s.

Glad to hear your u/s went well! I agree on the old wives tell, everyone keeps telling me i'm having a girl for the heartrate over 150 lol
Awwww....congratulations on your baby boy! I guess you just disproved the old wives tale about a heart rate over 150 being a girl. LOL.
