Dilemma with bf

I'm so confused I'm 20 wks me and my baby father are just getting back on good terms... When we brooke up when I find out I applied got cash assisted... Which means he will end up paying child support... He wants to be there for our daughter but not really involved with doctors app buying things he just says o... In a way I feel bad bout getting on the state but then I don't... Should I tell him leave him alone I'm so confused

I wish I had more advice on this kind of question. If you can afford for him not to pay and can work out payment together that would be best. I hope everything works out but if it does go south and he pays child support then he would have some right to visits. My friend wanted her child to have nothing to do with him so no child support. Thinks are hard enough with this thrown on top. Try not to stress over it just go with you gut.

they would most likely ask you do you want child support from him and you could say no if you wanted to. they asked me that too and with my sons dad i told them no because it was a rape so thats why i said no. you could tell them that you dont want him to pay child support because he is there and he does pay things for the child so i dont have no reason to claim child support if you wanted too, thats what im going to say with this babies dad that im with now. im also 20w4d with a lil girl =)
