I've tried everything, whatever my doctor said I already did. She said she believed the end is in sight

I just left my doctors office. No change. I'm still contracting every 4-5 minutes but no dilation. I have been crying all morning cause of pain and just feeling like my body doesn't know what its suppose to do. :'(

Well although my contractions are 4-5 minutes apart I still have no cervical change so I was sent home and told to come back when it hurts so bad I can't talk. The crazy thing is they hurt so bad that I can't walk, or move while having them. I guess my lil guy just doesn't want to move down the birth canal. Sooooooo I'm still playing the waiting game
