Breastfeeding question HELP!

My son is now 11 days old and  I have been ebf. Today we went to the doctors for a checkup and found out her has only gained 10 grams in the last week. The doctor seemed pretty concerned and wants to see us back in a week for another weigh in. I thought I was doing so good as he has at least 5 poopy diapers and 7-8 wet diapers per day and seems satisfied and happy. Now I am quite concerned I really don't want to resort to formula but I want to make sure my son is healthy. He does have a minor tongue tie. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Really? I thought about 10grams would be a good thing? My little guy lost about that, before jumping back up and over his birth weight. He was almost a 10 pound baby and they tend to loose a little. I guess every baby and situation is different.  I know when he was in for his 2 week check up, they where fine with his weight and had no concerns about it.  He's a formula and breast baby.
