good luck. I bet things at first will be hard but you can do it.
Right now, they want me to go see a diabetic specialist to learn how to properly eat. I kinda know how all that works already being I can list about 8 people in my family that have/had diabetes. So diet, exercise and they want me to monitor my glucose levels daily. As of right now they said I don't need medication or insulin. Nor does the baby need extra moderating. I really don't get how they determine how you have it cause from what I understand. The very first one blood/pee test came as it should, low. The next 2 extremely high, then the next 2 took an extreme nose dive in the other direction. ( Like from over 200 down to the mid 70's, in about 2 hours) So I don't know if the to high ones are what got marked with red flags or the fact the lvls dropped that quick.
sorry to hear. what are the steps they are making you take now. is it just change in diet? I took 1 hr glucose test at about 13 weeks because diabetes runs in my family but that one was good. now I have to do it again in a couple weeks n in hope i pass that one too.
