as long as u r not severely cramping or start spotting or anything out of the ordinary... i will not worry.. I have an 11 mth old and is constantly running/picking her up when she gets into mischief.. which is all the time she she is moving about now... I do get crampy from time to time and my ob told me to not do "so much" and drink more water... just be mindful of how u pick up use yur back instead of yur stomach..... it should help but try and dont...when i do get crampy i lay down with my feet up and it usually goes away ..... good luck to u stay safe ..
Lifting heavy things will not harm bub but it can harm you, thats why they recommend not doing so while pregnant.. think about all the people who.have toddlers wanting to.be picked up constantly.. our bodies are designed to do these thinhs.. just dont strain yourself as your.muscles wont heal as easily while you are pregnant :)
I'm sure baby is fine :) I worked as a nurse aide my previous pregnancies and lifted/rolled 200+ pound people daily. If you're cramping or anything call your doc but I'm sure you're fine. Just remember to use good body mechanics when you lift.
