breech position!!
Im 30 Weeks now and I went to my Dr appointment today and my baby still on breech position, I don't want a c-section !! someone knows what to do to get him in position?? Please!!!
o yes forgot to add. they say getting on your knees in a crawling position. n rocking side to side is a miracle worker.
I'm 32 weeks and my little guy is also breech, there's still lots of time for baby to turn though. I've been doing inversion exercises to encourage him to flip around, you can search them online and find lots of info. I'm also terrified of a csection :( both my other kids were in position by now so hopefully he'll get with the program
don't do anything. you still have time. your body and baby natural will move. don't worry. :) just relax and do your pregnancy exercises to relax the body. :) everything going to be fine.
