help!!

Hi i just had my baby on monday and had to have my crouch stitched back up and i am in so much pain can anyone tell me some ideas on how to relieve this pain quick fast and in a hurry....miserible

Get a box of condoms and fill them with water and freeze them and put them there covered in paper towel tht helped me after it might help but make plenty its uncomfortable but it will soothe tht area and reduce the swelling

I did see a blog this lady made what she called undie sunday. Lol ice packs, foam numbing stuff and tucks pads. I have also seen soneone suggest freezing pads first.

Yea dey gave me da spray n pads i will try puttin the pad on it and leave there thank you for respondin

Witch hazel pads, like Tucks brand for hemorrhoids, laid on top of the period pad. They help awesome. :)

I Had A 4Th Degree Tear And Episiotomy With My First And It Was Horrible!! The Only Thing That Helped Me Was Ice Packs And The Spray Stuff They Gave Me, Not Sure If They Still Do That It Was 7 Years Ago!! Hope You Get Some Relief :/
