i feel a little pain in my lower belly since this morning. i am 7. week today, so 6+0.. found out on wednesday. ive had a misscarriage before in 7. week and was found out in week 12. didnt know i was pregnant the last time so i found out 2 days before the misscarriage. thats why i am really really worried right now abt my belly pain. its not really pain but a very weird and not nice feeling. my doc ap. is next week friday. does anyone have or had the same feeling? do i have to be worried?

all will be ok, i would recommend some progesterone cream or suppositories and some magnesium supplement, vitamin b complex as well and lots of rest!   again, do some breathing exercises, take a long breath to fill your lungs with air thru your nose, then when lungs are full, through your lips let the air out also fully and repeat 10-15 times, sit down when doing this, concentrate on your breath! you will see your anxiety fading. try very hard to keep a positive thought!
first of all if there is no blood, i believe there is still nothing to worry about!

I am 13 weeks and have had 2 miscarriages and i have 2 boys as well. I had early pregnancy cramping in all 5 of my pregnancies so I guess it just turns out to be the waiting game. Sorry if thats not much help but half of mine have turned out good. Good Luck Ladies I know its hard but try not to worry!
