Im a bit worried because on my first appt, i wasnt informed on any prenatal vitamins.. hopefully my next appt they will let me know.
i got mine OTC and showed them to Dr. they said they were fine to take. so I'd suggest u go purchase some
You know, you don't have to wait for your doctor to prescribe vitamins, you can buy them over the counter almost anywhere. Grocery store, drugstore, chemist, etc. Get the folic acid right away, you need it now.
