pressure in belly

I am 13 weeks now and I felt like a pressure feelin and made me feel like I had to pee! Is that normal at this time?

I'm 13 weeks too and feel pressure and like I need to pee every time I go walking!

I had that since 12 weeks or so. I will 14 weeks tomorrow and it hasn't eased up yet.
