are you eating carbs or protein? maybe try a smaller amount of food and keeping track of your calories? I've read that protein can help when your feeling sick. If your not getting any exercise, maybe try walking.
I am overweight to start with so I am very concerned about gaining to much weight. This is the approach I am planning on taking. I am also going to see what else I can find out about the GD diet, as I am concerned about getting GD, so I would prefer to proactive about things.
I gained about 100 pounds with my daughter, who is now almost 8 years old. Right now at 14weeks I've lost about 5 pounds. I'm pretty overweight and was told by my Dr. not to gain more then 15pounds. Which gonna be interesting. I know for me, this round, I'm always hungry, but barley eat a whole banana without feeling full. Try doing this, eat, but eat with caution. Try eating small amounts of items that are healthy, but filling. Some of are favs. 1. is a glass of milk and a handful of lightly salted almonds. 2. A med. banana and a bottle of cucumber water. 3. 1/2 cup of reg. oatmeal with a few chopped strawberries. 4. Cup of salad mix, with varies veggies, light dressing, and a glass of water.
