why can't I eat with this second baby?

Hi am 14 weeks an me an my loving hubby can't wait to meet our bundle of joy problem is since I found out everyday am so sick can't eat good at all I eat like 2 spoons of food an thats it sometimes I stay without food from morning till afternoon omg I feel so sick what can I do to eat better? Thx.
