LABOR STORY!!!!

I was due on August 29 and I was totally miserable. My little girl was playing plinko with my hips. Well after getting home from the store on the 21st at 8:50pm my water decide red to break all over the kitchen floor. (Thank God I was at home :-) ) well I was then rushed to the hospital and immediately admitted. After walking for 1hr and actively resting for 1hr they decided to check my progress. I had dilated to 4cm and was making great progress. So they kept me moving and attempting to further my progress. I ended up getting an epidural at 5cm and believe that was the great eat decision I had ever made. Because after about 6 more hrs my labor came to a grinding hault. I made it to 9cm and made it no farther. Baby girl and I then developed a fever, infection, and we were tachycardic. The doctor checked me one more time and had me push through a contraction. There was no progression or movement from baby. Due to the safety of myself and my little girl we decided to have a c-section after 23hrs of active labor. It was really quick and I couldn't have been happier. My little girl was born on August 22,2015 at 7:15pm weighing 8lbs and 15Oz. 21Inches long. So happy to have her here!!!
