There is an anti-nasa medicine called odestrian (not sure of the spelling). It's a pill that she would place on her tongue and let dissolve. It really helped me. I also had to be put on a pump that automatically injected the medicine to me because my sickness was so bad. It was kinda like an insulin pump, but with the anti-nasa medicine. It was the only was the only way that kept me from getting dehydrated. But the pill form helped with my first pregnancy.
My doctor just told me to start taking Vitamin B6 for nausea. She wants me to pair it with Unisom (a sleep aid) because of my insomnia. I was told B6 throughout the day, and a unisom at night is totally worthwhile.
Ginger helos as well. That's what's in some of the prego pops. Caffeine free ginger ale before bed & even before getting out of bed in the am. Sometimes just smelling or eating peppermint can help too.
