They make gummy ones that are really easy going on the stomach. And taste good too :)

I take my with food. I eat something first (maybe half of the whatever I'm eating) then finish whatever it is I'm eating

I also take two separate ones for the dha.  I have no problems keeping them down.

They also have chewable that is what take and they taste great

I compared them and decided to do two regular multi vitamins and the omega 3 vitamins for the dha. I couldn't do the horse pills. Plus I wanted more calcium and less iron

Nope your nit with my first i couldnt keep them down!!! So try taking it in the afternoon after.
