Yeast infection & Bacterial vaginosis

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I've had at least one yeast infection and BV. I was first diagnosed in early May and since then have continued to experience vaginal irritation. And it doesn't help with the INCREASED discharge that comes along with the last weeks. Anyone else experiencing this???? It is keeping me awake at night multiple times throughout the week. I just want it to be over!!!!!!!!

Tips to try help prevent/get rid of it:

- Don't eat sugar, yeasts feed on it, and it damages your intestinal balance, making it easier for 'bad' bacteria and yeasts to florish. Fruits are safe to eat, just stay away from raffinated sugars and artificial sweetners.
- Take probiotics.
- If you use sanitary pads or panty liners, buy some washable made of cotton or bamboo or so. You'll need to wash these after use, but these allow your skin to breathe better, give a more pleasant temperature down there, and doesn't contain irritable fabrics and chemicals like throwaway liners/pads will.
- Use some virgin coconut oil on sensitive areas to help prevent infections and take care of your skin.
- Don't use ordinary soap, but a gentle ph-neutral washing emulsion.
- Make sure your partner washes himself well before sexual activities. Wash/rinse yourself after.
Make sure your partner doesn't have an infection too (which is quite likely). It isn't so noticable with men usually, but you can end up infecting each other over and over. Best is that he gets treated for an infection too when you do.

I easily get infections normally because of my condition (i have CFS), but applying the above list helps me a lot to keep the infections away. I notice if i slip up and binge on sweets for once or so, a few days later i'll have an infection. And to feel safe i now wear sanitary pads now when i go out. I started with throwaway, but got a rash and infection soon after. I switched to washable and the infection and irritation dissapeared on their own.
