A shower will do the trick and drink lots of water. Contractions are mostly felt on the bottom of ur belly with pain that starts in the back andoves to the front or vice versa contractions will get stronger with time and if u move or walk youll continue to feel them. Contractions will have a pattern in time while Braxton hicks are more Iregular. Good luck
