Hi I'm Abby. I'm 7 wks 5 days with my 3rd baby. My first two I had the worst morning sickness ever but half way through my second preg I learned to keep water and crackers next to the bed. Before your feet get out of bed sip water or ginger ale and nipple on crackers. Its best to then wait a few before getting up. Keeping carbs and protein as a main source of snacks helped relief a lot of my morning sickness. If I even remotely felt hungry then I'd get sick and vomit. My midwife is encouraging that I keep it up this time around too and I've only managed to vomit 3 Times in almost 8 weeks by always having something in my tummy and taking it slower when I feel queasy. Good luck!

My doctor told me to eat dry crackers or bread to stop the nausea. You can also try drinking a shot of ginger ale and then eat sumthin light like a bagel or english muffin to curve your nausea. Hope it helps  :)
