I've been making Crystal Light lemonade and pink lemonade by the pitcher. Gatorade is good but I've read that if you drink it while not actually working out it will just be a sugary drinks like koolaid would. I failed my gestational diabetes test so I have to try not to have too much sugar. But that's what works for me
I had hyperemesis at the beginning of my pregnancy and it was bad. Trying to stay hydrated was hard because I wouldn't keep water down. Even after I got over throwing up everything under the sun water made me sick and the only thing I could keep down was cranberry juice and vitamin water.
I drank vitamin waters with b6 vitamin in them. Different flavors which make it better than one single flavor every time
Pedialight over gaterade. Gaterade has something bad in it, I forget but it does.
Try water at room temp, n use a straw n in sips. Or suck on ice or ice pops. :/ I find it hard to drink fluids in the first place so being pregnant is worse.
I've had the same problem.Smart water does the trick!!!
I've had the same problem my dr reccomended tea( but not herbal ), gatorades. Juice , anything to keep me hydrated . I have been drinking primarily gatorades , but lately iy has been making me feel like my blood sugar is too high after .
Its also the same with me, i tried infused water with lemon and cucumber, it helps a bit.. Or try fresh pressed orange juice.. :)
I'm the same way with this pregnancy. Constantly thirsty with a dry mouth but can't hold water down. My mom recommended drinking pedialyte and it's helped me so far :)
Same here! I find that Gatorade helps me. I can actually guzzle it and not feel like **** after. Cause water does that, and im always sooo thirsty!
