Prenatal vitamins

I have taken both nature made and citranatal and had some side effects on both including: loss of sleep, weight loss, dizziness, etc. I have been looking at possibly trying to take premama, which is supposed to not have side effects. I am not sure if it will give me all of the vitamins I need though. Is this vitamin fine or do you have any suggestions?

I take the citranatal prenatal gummy bears, try the flinestone gummy bears or gummy bear type pills...no problems n they taste good

Oh I recently took concept DHA, no problems besides it made my throat swell up n I had no appetite....allergic reaction maybe

I agree with stylez . I haven't been able to keep my prenatal vitamins down. My doctor suggested Flintstones gummy vitamins . Seems good so far.
