calculating the ovulation period
My period usually delays by 10-12days.how do i calculate my day of ovulation? Does delay in period also signifies delay in ovulation? How do i calculate my safe days?

There is no "safe" day. Theoretically you can pregnant any time during your cycle. If you want to know when you're ovulating, go to the drugstore and buy an ovulation kit.
