bleeding in the uterus

by 2rugrats08, May 16, 2009 11:14AM
I have just found out that I am pregnant with my 3rd child. I am 8 weeks today. 3 days ago I had my 1st scan, and the sonographer told me that she saw bleeding on the uterus, this was on Thursday.

On friday morning I was having really bad cramp all over my stomach, yesterday they subsided a little but today they are back, I have called my doctor and hospital and they have both said not to worry.

I am not entirely sure I should not worry. Is the bleeding normal as they all seem to think it is. All my friends with children including myself have never heard of this before.
