Am I the only one that can't sleep?

Am I the only one that can't sleep at night? On my days off I can sleep in, in the mornings. It don't matter what time I get up, I can't go to sleep at night. I can yawn for hours and then go to bed and be wide awake. I don't get it. And I just want to sleep/nap all day when I am awake. I've got my days and night mixed up or something. The only this that has changed is my being pregnant. I know that is a big change tho.

I'm having a hard time sleeping as well. Getting to sleep in the first place is a chore, then going back to bed after a 1 or 2 in the morning bathroom trip is a nightmare. My brain won't shut off, my husband is channeling Darth Vader and his iron lung, it's too light, it's too dark, yadda, yadda, yadda...

The best thing for me is to not give in to sleeping in or napping during the day. I may be a zombie but it's the only chance I have for a decent night's sleep.

I'm with you!  I work 12 hour night shifts....On my nights off I go to bed around 12 and usually wake up around 3 am to run to the bathroom and NEVER fall back asleep.....then like you said, all day all I want to do is nap!  I get nothing accomplished!  UGH!
