Bummed HCG low

I am 4 weeks 2 days today and had an HCG test done yesterday at 4 weeks 1 day.  My levels came in at only 641.  I don't know much about these levels but my doctor was concerened it was low and is having me take another blood test on Friday morning.  Does anyone know where my levels should be at?  I am postive I have my dates correct.  My LMP was 3/10.

I was at 5 wks and I was at 5800.  Your levels sound fine.  You are in range.

Called and talked with my favorite nurse this morning.  The one I talked to yesterday isn’t the brightest tool in the shed.   She confirmed my levels were at 641 at 4 weeks 1 or 2 days.  She thought those numbers looked really good and said that I really didn’t need to get my levels checked again, unless I was spotting or felt that I needed to.  Because of my past experiences, I will be going in first thing tomorrow to see if they have doubled.  

So……I am HAPPY again : )

Your level is great for 4 weeks - you are in the normal range and should not be concerned.  I don't know what your doc is on about as everything looks great to me.  I posted on here a while ago with my 4 week results (825) and everyone said it was great and most people had much lower than yours - even down to 60 and all turned out ok.  I guess the main thing is that they double every 48 / 72 hours so the next test will tell you more.  But i wouldn't worry. - Good luck.

Thanks for posting those levels.  I found out this afternoon by calling my doctor's nurse. I wonder if I heard the levels wrong or if they have my LMP date wrong.  I will call the nurse first thing tomorrow and get the number again.  Hopefullly I heard her right. I will let you know.

I called the Dr.just to make sure things were ok.  Results are ready hrer in 2 hours, cool, huh?

Girl:  Im 5 weeks and at 4 weeks 5 days  my levels came at 530, and everything is fine!  Dont worry, your're in the normal range...I can assure you when you do the next test your levels will double!!!
