Tak Bismol & Excedrin Migrane(migraine)!

hi, I am 28 weeks, 5 days pregnant and I have been taking excedrin  and pepto bismol for my really bad headaches, heartburn and acid indegestion.. Um.. I just got told by a friend that my baby could have birth defects and my baby is already small for her size according to ultrasounds. I'm scared. What can I do besides not take anymore?! Is my baby gonna be okay??!
