Trying not to freak out

Went in to day for the results of my Gestaitonal diabeties was told it was fine. Doc went on to measure my belly by pressing down and says uterus is low. He says I was expecitng to bigger since you a 25 weeks. He said that uterus should be at 25 inches but it is more like 21 just above belly button. Has anyone else had this in previous pregnancy's? He says he is not worried but has scheduled a sono for the 19th. He also says based on my previous sono at 21+ baby was in the 50-70 percentile so he feels great just from that. Thanks ladies hope everyone is doing well.

ps. Baby is moving just not as much as would like.
