I just posted my story for someone else. At around 5.5 weeks I went into the ER I was bleeding (had an infection) and pain in side (ovarian cyst), they could see a gestational sac. At 6 weeks I went in, told I was going to have a MC, they did an ultrasound and saw a yolk sac (my levels were at 22000), I went back every week it wasn't until I was 7 weeks that they saw a heartbeat and they finally figured out what was going on. I have little faith in a lot of what they say that early on. My baby that was supposed to be a MC, turned 4 last week. So think positive. It's hard, I didn't move from the couch for a week - so make sure you take some time for yourself.
sending tons of positive vibes! I hope your little one sticks!! .. ull be in my prayers!! xo
I appreciate the positive comments! I am trying to stay positive :) There is as much chance everything is fine as there is that it's not fine. At least I know it isn't a blighted ovum (there would be no yolk sac if it was a true blighted ovum, and the RE said the yolk sac size (4mm) is good. He said anything larger than 6 w/o a visible fetal pole would be worrisome).
I have also read that having a retroverted uterus (which I do) can make early ultrasounds difficult, and possibly keep from being able to show as much. I'll be 7 weeks on Tuesday so hopefully there will be more to see then.
Thank you for all the support ladies!
don't worry. My usg at 6wks 3ds was similar to yours and a repeat usg after 14 days showed a normal picture. Good luck :)
keeping you in my prayers

Sending you lots of positive vibes and thoughts!!! Maybe that little bean of yours just needs a few more days to appear! Maybe it implanted a little late. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!!
