Preterm Labor and Actual Delivery?

Question for any of you who have gone into preterm labor this time, or before --

How long after your preterm labor was stopped did you actually end up delivering your babies?

Thanks!

I went in at 18 weeks with #2, was put on meds.  Ended up being induced at 39.5 weeks.

This time - I started PTL at 31 weeks and we are still here.  So we'll see...

I went into preterm labour with my last bub at 33w6d. This resulted in a flight to a major hospital, stereroids, and tablets to stop labour. I was not having contractions but something just did not feel right. I was having nausea and sweats and lots of discharge. I was only at hospital for an hour before the contractions started. My waters had NOT broken.

I then went on to deliver my son 41w2d. This was after walking, sex, castor oil, pressure cleaning the exterior of house, blah blah blah. I tried everything to get him moving. In the end he came when he was ready, long after I was ready.

My first child was two weeks late.

I went into preterm labor for the first time a week ago Friday.  It was very "light", though and they said it was more like "uterine irritability".  We wouldn't have even known about it (I didn't feel any contractions, except a few BH) if we hadn't gone in for some scary bright red bleeding after sex.  They did say no more sex, though, which is causing some emotional irritability, lol.
I will let you know when I do deliver or if I make it to the 39th week which is when they will do a scheduled C-section.
Have you or anyone else here gone into preterm labor?
