Wednesday Weeklies 9/29

Haha!! Its been months since I started one of these.

30 weeks (0_o no way!) and 3 days today.  These are the days when I think pregnancy should be in quarters instead of trimesters, lol.  Instead of just counting towards my due date we get to counting to when the baby will actually arrive (somewhere between 38 and 42 weeks).  Pregnancy is strange!  Of course the babies don't have calendars in there so I don't blame them.  7.5 weeks to 11.5 weeks left then!  Now if only I knew what he was trying to accomplish by stretching 24/7.  Can't he just find his thumb or something?  ^_^  Its okay, it doesn't hurt today.
Appointment yesterday went great.  I passed my glucose test with flying colors but I'm a little anemic.  Good excuse to get a steak next time we go out!

28weeks 3 days
Feeling pretty good. Passed the glucose test, blood pressure is "beautiful" weight gain average at about 8kgs. Not experiencing any fluid, have been working hard around the house so I am so tired by evening that I feel sick. So there are no  problems sleeping all night. I have been waking at 5am ready to do things when I am normally a notorious night owl. Kicks are so strong now that I can see my belly dance which is quite amusing for my children. Still dont know the sex  but feel like it is a girl. Maybe it is just wishful thinking...... Brought a little pink outfit yesterday after my checkup. OOOPPSS . Placenta has moved from cervix and now about 3cm away. Will have another scan at 36 weeks to make sure there are no issues with natural birth.

Happy happy third trimester.

I will be 30 weeks tomorrow and everything is good.  I have been getting more lower abdomen cramping lately and I'm not sure if it is still ligament pain, bad baby positioning, or BH contractions.  I don't think I know what BH contractions are supposed to feel like...
Anywho, the nursery is still in progress.  The furniture was delivered yesterday; however, the crib had some scrapes on it so the replacement is schedueled for Friday delivery.  I'm kinda sad, I was really looking forward to seeing it all put together!!  I have less tan 4 weeks until my  big shower on the 24th.  My DH's work is throwing me a shower next week and I think my work is putting together a hush-hush one too!  I'm so excited!  People have started buying off the registry and I can't help but peak everyday to see what has been bought, lol!!  I work 10 hour days M-TH, so I'm not sure if my super tiredness is because of that or because of my low iron, either way *****!!  I got exausted by folding laundry and dusting my house the other day!!!  I thought I was going to cry if I couldn't lay down for an hour afterword!  Oh, the heartburn is almost unbearable at times but I can't stay away from spicy food and I know that is not helping but it tastes sooooo good!!  Oh and getting out of bed at night for the 4 potty breaks is getting more challenging; I may have to start waking DH up soon to have him roll me out of bed, LOL!!

Hey girls... I have 13 weeks left starting tomorrow so 27 weeks!! Not much resting or relaxation here.. been getting less sleep, we just moved to a bigger home, hubby started his job this last Monday. He works 6:30a-3p and I work 1p-midnight, the kids get the best of both of us.. but man I am pooped. I am lucky to get 7hrs of sleep each day.

The house is coming together and soon I will have photos to share of MarLea's new room she will share with big sis, once she has graduated our room. It is going to be so fun decorating for girls this time.

Glucose test on 10/5- not too stressed about it, will probably be just fine. started every 2 weeks for appointments now, which is great, but now they are much farther away!!

29 Weeks!  I have my to do list pretty well under control.  This being the third time around, I feel like each time has gotten faster and faster.  I'm not sure where the last 29 weeks went.  I think having a December baby will make the time go by much faster with all the fall and winter activities/holidays for the kids.

The little boy has offically run out of room.  He needs to find a position and stick with it.  I hope that happens within the next couple of weeks.  I too passed the glucose test!  I've gained 13 pounds.  I hope to be some where close to 20 by the end of this.  I'm getting more excited to see this little guy and see if he looks anything like his older brother.  The kids are very interested now as well.  I take my son (4 years old) on a tour of the hospital on the 9th.  Am looking forward to seeing what he thinks.  I think my plan is to get them a doctor kit from the baby - something to play with when they come visit us at the hospital.  I have my mom pretty much squared away on how to handle the kids - I hope!  Otherwise the list of things I want to do is SO long.  Nesting has been going on for weeks now and it's driving my DH crazy.  Yesterday I spent 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing the GARAGE!  Needless to say I am exhuasted today.

smjmekg - good luck with the interview.  I worked up until my due date with number 1 and it was nice not to be thinking about when the baby would come.  He was 6 days late, so I had time to relax before his arrival too.

Hello. 28 wks 3 days. Just seen the DR yesterday and everything looks good. My weight has stabilized. Both babies had kick fest 2010 yesterday. I still get that awful heartburn but Pepcid AC has been doing the trick. I stopped working (school teacher) so it has been quite restful this past week. We are about done with the nursery. We have started our Childbirth classes and they are pretty fun!

Hello Everyone.  I start my 28th week.  I'm officially in the 3rd trimester and since I'm having twins only approximately 10 more weeks for full term- yikes!!!!

I have been eating more than usual- so the weight has come on full force.  I don't like to get on the scale so I'll wait to my next OB appointment this coming Tuesday to see where I am.  Starting 10/11 I stop commuting to work- OB wants’ to take me off work- I will know my restrictions on Tuesday but I hope to be able to work from home on my computer.  Otherwise it will be a long wait for me until these girls arrive.

I had my baby shower this past Saturday.  Lots of people came (55 total w/kids).  It was a great time.  Much better than I expected since I hate being the center of attention.  The girls received lots of great gifts.  I think I have another baby shower at work but they are keeping it hush hush.  Oh well- I'm just grateful to be having these girls after TTC for so long.

The nursery was a big hit at the shower.  We had several tours going on through out the day. The nursery is not completed- been too tired, but it's getting there.  I need to start my hospital bag.  I’ve taken 3 of the 4 baby courses already.  Still feel unprepared for the girls arrival.

I'm always tired and hungry.  Back pain is constant but the PT has given me some stretches to help relieve the pain.  Other than that LIFE IS GOOD.

Hope everyone is well!

30 weeks tomorrow!!! Exciting, but SO scary!!! With Elijah being a scheduled c-section, I didn't have to worry about labor, or pushing. And when I had him I didn't have a two year old running around...SO much to prepare for, and time isn't flying by any slower. This pregnancy really has flown by so far for me, it's gone by faster than Elijah's did.

I'm not sure what position the baby is in, Oct 12 is my next appointment, I'll be almost 32 weeks and I'm thinking of having the dr check me just to see if anything has happened at all yet. With Elijah I was 1 cm 50% effaced at 33 weeks, but I had BH a lot more with him. The BH have started to pick up some with this little girl, so I'm curious if anything is changing.

I had an odd dream last night! I dreamt I was in the delivery room, and I was pushing her out, it was so real feeling, like I could actually feel her coming out. She was small in my dream, because I had her early, and she just flew right out almost. DH was there, he took her from the dr and handed her to me, when I got her she had her little cap on her head and she was swaddled, but she had just come out! I don't know how she got that stuff on already.

Anyways, still feeling EXHAUSTED most of the time. I think I've gained about 15 pounds, the last couple months I've started gaining and I don't really know how I don't eat more, I'm not getting any less exercise, but still not a lot...it hurts to walk after so long, and I get so out of breath! Baby girl is back to using me as a punching bag, and she got hiccups for the first time last night!

Going for an interview today, gotta make some more $$! I'm gonna be so exhausted and worn out working, but in the end it'll be worth it, I hope. We'll see when I get an idea how of how much I'll be making! (It's a waitress job at Waffle House...the only place I can work and not interfere with DH's schedule :P)
