birth control failed

I was on loestrin 24 fe. I've been on it since I had my daughter in steptember of 2011. I have taken it everyday. Missed my period on the 15th took a test yesterday.. it was positive. So id be 6 weeks n 2 days.. Im worried that since I didn't know I was pregnant for sure until yesterday could the birth control pill affect my baby in any way?

Oh and to add, I was taking it for the first 9 weeks of my pregnancy because I literally had no clue I was pregnant.

I was taking lo loestrin 24 fe, never missed a pill and I got pregnant on it too. My doctor says he is not worried, but I was (of course). Im not a dec mom, im just lurking here :) Im 14 weeks and so far baby is doing just fine

I don't think it would have any effect on the baby at this stage.  Just make sure you stop taking it now.  If you are really concerned check with your doctor but I don't think you have anything to worry about being that you are early in your pregnancy.
