induced question

I'm 38 Weeks and Tuesday he will tell me if induce me because he is leaving country on the 10 of Dec and I'm due 14th . He said if I'm dilated more which I was only 1/2 cm he said but almost 100 effaced. I'm nervous and just want her to be healthy.don't know if I should wait longer but it would be nice to have her here by now.

Your baby will be just fine...you're far enough along now.  It's better to start labour on your own but if that's not an option then what can you do.  Is there a doc replacing him that can deliver on his behalf?

I'll know Tuesday but wish he told me if another doctor I could meet at hospital or something. They have all my records at hospital and as long as I have reliable doctor I don't mind.just hope she won't be late

Hey ! So my water broke Sunday 945 pm on own and had pitocin to help with contractions at hospital.had her 435 pm Dec 3 so exited super tired and sore but worth it

I just had my baby boy on Thursday nov 29 I was 38 weeks.my baby is healthy.7lb9oz  length 20.after the dr remove my cerclage I was 3cm dilated .

She is amazing  glad she came she was 21 1/2 inch and 8.9 lb healthy girl  she now 8.2 but still doing great Whoohoo. I'm in need of sleep though my heart feels exhausted even .been 3 days and and only slept one hour today
