sex at 36wks.

I went to my dr appt monday not knowing id be checked, so me and my partner had sex about 30 mins before my appt. To my suprise he checked ! He then said iwas dialated 2cm, thinning &she was very low. Could this all be because of sex ? Ive been told alot ive been looking low before I even went in. And I have had some braxton hicks before my appt.

Thanks ladies. No baby yet. But I did have contractions frm that day to the next am. Now i havent had any more. Guess it helped but not enough to put me into labor. Dec 4th is my scheduled day for my c section. I hope to not go early but only she knows when she is ready. :)

With both of my deliveries, labor started with in just hours of having intercourse. There are hormones in semen that thin the cervix and encourage dilation.
