baby?

No signs of baby yet. any tips to bring on labour? also how is everyone knowing how dilated they are? my midwife hasnt checked me or told me shes planning on and im 38 weeks and thinks he will b early.

i will try that thankyou :) i want to know how dilated i am. ill ask my midwife about it but not seein her untill friday and ill be 39 weeks by then

Thanks good luck to you too, I took a birthing class when I was 8 months and the doula said there's exercises you can do on a birthing ball to help dilate. But i don't have a ball maybe you can look up some exercises online.

ive not seen my doctor threw whole pregnancy? im abit confused cus iv not heard of being checked until reading on here. lol. iv tried sex and i cant do it its too uncomfortable. im also going on a big walk today. i bounce on a ball alot but that hasnt done anything so far.i will doo and goodluck :)

I'm also 38weeks, no signs of labor. I got checked if I was dilated at 36weeks when my doctor did the strepbtest I think that's what it's called.  Anyway I started taking epo pills for a week and a half it didn't do much for me and when I asked the doctor about it she said that it doesn't do anything but if I wanted to take it go ahead.  But I just stoped all I'm doing now to try and bring labor on is walking,and sex but only twice a week too uncomfortable for sex.well good luck please share if something helps you bring on labor.
