Headaches

I'm 13 weeks and I've had the most terrible headaches! I've had the worst its trimester I've gotten sick this whole time anyone have advice on the headaches please tell me it gets better

I get head ach a lot too. Tylonol doesn't do much but too scared to take anything else. I know pintrest has some things you can try that isn't medicine.

I had migraines before pregnancy so up until my 13 week i had them everyday, once i added some caffine back into my diet (1-2 sodas a day for me) my headaches went away. I also would use an ice pack on my head which helped

I'm 13 weeks also and I had terrible headaches. Tylenol is the only thing that I was allowed to take by my doctor. I took two extra strength or 3 regular strength. Sometimes putting an ice pack on your head or neck might help. Taking lots of naps helps too! Hope it helps!!
