Distended bladder

Hi. I recently had an U/s scan and the report read: distended urinary bladder. I'm 35 weeks. What does this mean? Doc didn't say anything when she saw the report, just that everything's fine.

A distended bladder can result from an infection which causes the bladder to swell and the sensation to urinate, but nothing is released. Maybe bring it up to your Dr...
