You are technically pregnant for 10 months if you consider it as 4 weeks pregnant month.. I am 22+2 & I'm due on December 4th I have 17+5 to go but I'm classed as being in my 6th month.. it is all very confusing x

I'm due Dec 12th too.
And yes pregnancy when calculated from last menstrual period (lmp) is 40 weeks which is technically 10 months (40 ÷ 4 weeks in a month). The actual Gestation of baby from date of conception is 38 weeks or 266 days but since many women don't know when they conceived doctors count back to Lmp to determine due date and calculate how far along you are.
But since calendar months have 30 to 31 days then most people think of pregnancy as 9 months.
So my Lmp was March 7 and we are in August so I am in my 6th month by that calculation. Or I am 22 weeks and 3 days which is also in my 6th month or my baby is 20 weeks and 3 days which would also mean I'm in my 6th month because anything after 20 weeks (5 months x 4 weeks per month) is technically in your 6th month. Sorry that's a lot of babble. Enjoy your pregnancy no matter what the math is! :)

I am due December 10th also. You are considered 5 months on August 10th and 6 months on September 10th and so on.  Which is what gives you the 9th month on December 10th.
