2nd ultrasound.

So today was my appt with my doctor. I foudn out since finding out i am pregnant i lost 10lbs ( i am a luz size girl so this ok). I has my internal exam. Next was the doppler where she could not heart the heartbeat but i have a tipped uterus so it was not too much of a shock....

Then she said lets do an ultrasound.... so out of no where there i am ... but i was the best thing there was my little peanut.... with a hb of 164.. I wanted to  cry its so amazing to this this little thinging growin...

i just wanted to share some of my good news today....

Great news and congrats. Agomez is right, I never heard my sons heartbeat until 13 weeks and it drove me nuts when they couldn't get it at 9 weeks, unfortunately at the time I was with my general docotor so there was no offer of an u/s just to come back in four weeks to hear it! It is all pretty awesome

The external doppler usually won't pick up the heartbeat until 11-12 weeks. Sometimes if your lucky 10 weeks, but the stars and moon all have line up for that ... Thats why usually they do an ultrasound first to make sure everything is on schedule then the doppler for the rest of your monthly apts.
Congrats on the good news. Thats a good strong heartbeat!!
It is so amazing to think there is another heart beating in ur belly...

Great news. Congrats!
During my last appointment doctor couldn't hear the heartbeat with the doppler either. And did an ultra sound. I thought I would get a heart attack there. But thank god, all turned out fine.
