Where is AF?

I'm starting to drive myself a little crazy here wondering where my AF is...

Is there anyone else besides me (still breastfeeding) with no sign of AF?

With my first two children it came back at 4 months, and now I'm starting to wonder if I'm pregnant again. There is very little chance of that (been using condoms) but I was also wondering-

Would a pregnancy test even work right now? Or do I still have the pregnancy hormone in me because of the breastfeeding?

Please help!

So I ended up doing a pregnancy test to be sure, and it came back negative. I didn't want to be pregnant yet, but now I'm starting to worry that I won't get my AF back in time for when we had planned to start trying for the next one (Nov09).

I guess that I should just catch up on sleep and enjoy the break. Lucy is driving me a bit crazy in the night at the moment (I think that she might be teething), maybe when she calms down on the night feedings AF will show up!

Nothing for me either and I'm breastfeeding and also using condoms.  I heard once you stop breastfeeding you should expect your period back within the few months... I wouldn't worry at all.  You wouldn't still have the pregnancy hormone so if you wanted to try a pregnancy test it would tell you an accurate result ( I tried a few weeks ago lol).  :)

I didn't get AF until my twins were 16 months old, and I still didn't get one from
Myra yet (breastfeeding).

I HATE not getting my period, drives me crazy!!

Good luck and update if any changes!!

Hi,

I only just got AF back, when Michaela hit 6 months.  My twin sis just got hers and her son was 12 months.  We're all different. Don't worry about it.  Enjoy not having it yet.  Not likely to be preg seeing you're using protection....

:)
