Already feeling the electric shocks up my hoo haa

Hi all

Today I have just started feeling those electric shocks up my hoo haa.  This is a good indication that everything is progressing well.  I don't think I will be going into labour anytime because they're not bad but I will monitor it.  With my other two I got them quite bad about two weeks before they were born.  I think this baby is just bouncing up and down down there lol.

Has anyone else had these signs or a show or anything?????  Do you know if you are engaged???? I think I will be the last of us ladies to have baby lol.

Trh that's so funny that baby switches positions at bedtime. Sounds like your baby really likes to be head up. So much personality already lol.

Rcc I'm so glad your appt went well and you and baby are doing great!

Naturs no waddling here (yet) it may be yet to come

Well I definately have an explanation for the electric shocks.  I had my doctors appoitnment and baby is head down adn VERY low.  I said no wander I have been feeling those shocks lol.  I also told her about the sharp pains I have been getting in my side and she said that baby's foot is right there and its probably kicking a nerve or something so that was great to hear.

Well my baby is breech and sitting straight up. He turns at night though. I will wake and feel his head on the side of my belly but by morning he's right back to sitting up. Maybe that is keeping me from being shocked. And thank goodness. That sounds painful!

I've never had those in either pregnancy.  Don't really know what position the baby is in yet; last time I knew it was breech.  Hopefully will find out tomorrow at my appt.  Don't think its engaged cause I can still get around pretty good and don't feel anything down that low yet.  So I'm still not waddling; anyone else waddle?  Have been having quite a few cramps that feel like menstrual cramps.  Practice, you suppose?  (I hope.)  Not quite ready yet.  Have quite a few things I want to get done first.

Just keep your legs crossed ;) just kidding!!  Don't think that would keep baby in. I'm hoping that my body is starting to have the early signs of preparing for birth bc I don't want to be 42 weeks pregnant I mean as long as it takes it takes but really i would prefer not that long. I'm just so excited to meet baby!!

ah! i felt like this was weird and un-normal. glad to know its normal, cuz all my docs said they didnt know exactly what it was..

i have these every time i get up or walk around (expecially in the morning or after being up all day like the evening. it happens almost every step i take. mosty all day long every day :S.

i went to the ob on new years eve and the nurse said she could feel the babies head and that my uterus/cervix..LOL whatever that is..is thinning out and my mucus plug is washing away slowly.

i couldnt figure out how to explain those shocks down there but electric is a good way of putting it. i kept saying it like stung and felt like a needle or something. its teribble!

i hope she stays in there until AT LEAST 37 weeks :(. im at 34 weeks tomorrow (wednesday).

It's just the way the baby is laying it makes it feel like there is this electric shock right in the vagina it's from the head down in the pelvic area creating pressure. It's really just nerves down there but it feels like electric shocks. I get it occasionally the rest of the time I feel like I've been kicked in the vagina :P

lol trh0819 I have had them with both of my pregnancies.  I think its the best way to describe it.  I have my doctors appoitnment today to check my progress because the midwives are terrible here so hopefully baby is head down.  Last time baby was still on my side.  I am a bit scared because last night I had a dream baby was breach and I saw its face sticking out of my tummy - weird I know lol

I know they are crazy.  They are only real short so I am not too concerned. When I got them with my other two they really made me stand tall lol but these ones are just like ohhhhh (I hope that makes sense lol.
