thanks for all of the advice. I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday so I will definately talk to her about it then. I will try and keep my feet up as well but the only thing is baby is op so I have been told I have to lie on my left side to turn it. I guess it all comes down to what means more - swollen feet or a baby that is op :) It's Saturday so I will rest as much as I can today :)
Looks like mine did up until this past week. Prop them up as much as possible and stay hydrated. My hubby would rub mine but it actually hurt because of the fluid build up. Just stay off your feet. I've been on partial bed rest since Tuesday and zero swelling of the ankles.
yea def swollen, prop them up try to keep off of them for a while, drink lots of liquid and a heat pad, and even ice pad should help the swelling go down as well... and not to scare you but if you notice anymore swelling or if this doesnt help go see your doctor as swelling is a sign of preclampsia and not having had it with your other kids it may mean something other than just swelling cause of weight!!
And put your feet up. Hubby should rub them for you :)
I will try and drink heaps more water thanks for the advice
Sounds like the opposite of what you should do but drink a TON of fluids that will help
Only thing you can do is prop up and make sure you stay hydrated. I had terrible swelling with my boys but very little with this one. Good luck.
sorry it is such an ugly pic of my foot but normally you can see the balls on the side but now you cant
