tiredness?

I'm 23 weeks and I'm constantly tired. Thought the second trimester was when you feel your best ? Since 20 weeks I've started to battle with tiredness again. Is anybody else experiencing this ?

Just gotta push through it. I'm glad I'm not working full time anymore I would be way too tired I'm also a teacher

im not as tired as before but my body HURTS! especially my back :(

I don't remember feeling like this with my son... I'm struggling with work because I feel so tired. I'm a teacher so I can't have a nap and then when I come home I look after my two year old ( who is no trouble at all) then I usually do an hour or two of extra school work when my son is in bed. I'm finding it sooo hard! I'm glad I'm not the only one who is feeling this tired!

I have been experiencing this since 20 weeks also. It's off and on. Sometimes I just want to sleep all day and night and not be bothered. I'm 27+6wks and my doc said it can be because the baby is growing and my belly is stretching and the things you normally do are a lil more difficult so you get tired more easily.

I'm 23+6 and I have been a little more tired than usual. We are towards the end of the second semester so things will start to change yet again lol. I just try to go to bed at a decent hour and take a little nap when I have a chance.
