what to expect at last Dr visit

So i got called from the Dr, i have my last Dr visit this Monday, Feb 18 at 2pm & the nurse also said im already scheduled at the hospital that same day at 5pm. Yesterday (monday) they did my last sono & checked if i was dilated (which i wasnt unfortunately) i just wana know what to expect at the last Dr visit, since they just checked my cervix already.. ftm!

I find it odd that they re saying it is your last. Normally you keep going for weekly appointments until you have your baby. Are you getting induced on your DD?
