29 weeks having horrible cramps and tightening

I'm having horrible pains and tightening in my stomach. Feels like my belly is tightening and cramps throughout my stomach it has happened about 6xs today... All a few hours aart and very scary. Any suggestions? I drink a lot of fluids throughout the day and I am a stay at home wife and do my husbands business paper work so I rest a lot.

Wow that's crazy. I go tomorrow to be checked again. Also an ultrasound.

I went to labor and delivery lastnight because of constant BH every few minutes.  All they did was check to see how much I've dilated which was 2cm they said was normal.nurse made me drink 2 pitchers of water to see if they got better. Then checked to see if I dilated anymore, I didnt so they sent me home. By the way I'm 35 weeks.

Go with your gut feeling. I thought mine were BH but turned out I was having real ones 4mins apart and ending up in L&D getting 2 rounds of steroid shots to speed up my baby girls lungs and on magnesium/sulfate to stop them. Spent 4 days in the hospital. Go with your gut feeling because every women is different. I was just over 32 weeks this happened Xmas Eve. I'm also 1cm dilated and didn't even know it until I was examined.

Sounds like Braxton hicks.. "Practice contractions" I've been getting about 5 a day as well they last about 45 seconds! Totally normal

I'm 28 weeks and have been having about 6-10 braxton hicks a day. They are definitely not comfortable but my OB said it's perfectly normal at this stage. He said to watch for any unusual discharge and make sure they don't get too close in frequency. Hope this helps.

I've never experienced BH contractions- only real ones-  could be that. I would entertain the idea of contacting your doctor just to be sure everything is on
