So just had my 4th bout of false labour todAy. My contractions were 2-5 mins apart but i wasn't progressing and then they stopped after having them for 12 hours

Because they just stopped on their own with no medical intervention. I had my bloody show today so he'll probably be here in the next couple days.

Had my baby last night my contractions was 10 to 20mn apart but strange thing I was dilated to 4 to 5 cm every hour that's why they kept me I was in real labor

How did you know it was false labor and not the real thing? I will be 41 weeks on Thursday and just wondering? Third baby but haven't went into labor on my own yet.

I had this since 37+5, its brutal. I'm now 2 days overdue.
