Milk is a good temporary reliever. When I get heartburn I drink a cup of cold milk & it' goes away immediately

I haven't taken any medication for it what so ever , I get bad heartburn and I just want to cry but I always end up throwing up it is like whatever I eat I get heartburn.. I only got heartburn towards half of my pregnancy but I dealt with it with no medicine and just tried to take it like a woman lol I hate it so much

I've had bad stomach acid for the past few weeks too. So bad that i would wake up choking on it at night. I finally talked to my doctor about it and she gave me a prescription that really helped. I barely have it anymore.

How have you been dealing with the heart burn and throwing up? I've had it my whole pregnancy I can't wait for it to be over, I have 12 days left, I feel like once this is over the lining of my stomach is going to be so weak and messed up from all the acid I've been throwing up :(
