FTM question

I'm 37 +2 weeks due 02/09/15 and I have been having crampy feelings for 2 days now but they don't hurt bad enough to call the doctor and they aren't close enough together. As far as I know I have not lost my mucas plug but I keep feeling like I'm peeing on myself when I wake up from naps or stand up to go do something. My doctor checked me at 36 weeks and I was not dilated at all. He did not check yesterday at my appointment. I guess my question is how will I know when it's time to go to the hospital baby boy is still very active? Any way I can speed this process along that is healthy and safe??

I'm due on the same day with my second. I remember how confused I was with my first one and it's totally normal...I wanted her to come so bad after my due date came and gone I decided to walk 26blocks and bowl 6games before I got some spicy food and my water broke. It was 11:15pm and baby didn't come till 21hours later. Best thing to do is time your contractions and once they are predictable call the doctor. They will let you know what to do next. I have a doctor's appointment on Monday where they will check for dilation...I'm sure your next appointment will be the same. Been having on and off "contractions" my self. Wishing you luck and speedy delivery.

You will know...contractions hurt the worse...it'll make you clench up real tight. And when they come its difficult to walk and even stand.
Or if your water breaks or starts to drip you should go in right away. Your water should not have a smell to it, so it shouldn't smell like pee.
