Congrats on getting to see a strong heartbeat! I'm hoping for the same on Thurs.
Well the twin gene is only on your side, the fathers side doesn't matter. Good luck and Han in there. Cramps/ fatigue and sore boobs all normal. My boobs hurt too! Feel very heavy. When is your due date?
Aw hang in there! I have to wait until July 16 for my first ultra sound. According to my doc since my last period I am five weeks 4 days. I am so worried about miss carrying. I have only had cramping, fatigue and mildly tender breasts as symptoms. I am a twin and it runs in my boyfriends family so I can't wait to just find out if my baby or babies are healthy and growing ok.
My first actually ultrasound is scheduled for July 8th
I had an emergency ultrasound yesterday went to ER because of spotting was totally freaked. Just brown with bright red streaks. With having a miscarriage last year around this time I was taking any chances. Baby is measuring 6weeks 3days as of yesterday. Baby's heartbeat is 121bpm. They let me see the heartbeat and baby looks fine. No bleeding inside and no sub chronic hematomas seen like last time. So I am happy but still nervous because they said this can be a possible threatened miscarriage, but I have faith the baby will be fine. Only seen one baby... HCG levels were 54,538.
I just got my beta results from 5 wks 2 days pregnant and it was 17,278. I was shocked it was that high because my numbers from baby #1 were only 8 thousand something. I'll find out on Thurs at our 1st u/s of it's 1 or 2 babies inside. When is your u/s?
Ok, sounds like youre in good hands and being monitored well. Crossing fingers for healthy baby(s)!
My last pregnancy I had low progestrone so they wanted to do blood work. Nothing was said about the possible twin thing but I do have 4 sets of twins in my family. I would be happy either way twins or just one as long as they were healthy. :-)
From a google search it says 6 weeks LMP 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml, so sounds within normal limits? What did your doctor say? Under what circumstances do they do this test?
We don't get tested here in the UK. Sorry can't help you. Would yoy be happy if you had twins? I would be soooo excited :)
